GenLab Meds Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how GenLab Meds processes and dispatches orders placed through genlabmeds.com.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours after payment and order details are confirmed. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, unusually high order volume or verification reviews may require additional time.

Shipping service and estimated transit

GenLab Meds normally ships using USPS Priority Mail. Estimated transit is generally 3–5 business days after dispatch. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by weather, service disruptions, holidays, destination access or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

When tracking is available, the information is sent to the email address supplied with the order. Tracking may require time to update after a shipping label is created or a parcel is accepted by the carrier.

Shipping address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support promptly if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch begins. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows an unexpected delay, contact the carrier and GenLab Meds support. A carrier delay alone does not automatically qualify an order for a refund, but support will review the available tracking and order information.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Contact GenLab Meds within 48 hours of delivery and include the order number, affected item and clear photographs of the product and packaging. For an approved return caused by an incorrect, damaged or defective item, GenLab Meds pays reasonable return-shipping costs. See the Refund and Returns Policy for eligibility and instructions.
